After clocking up hundreds of kms in the pool over the year, 50 keen swimmers headed to Scotts Head in NSW for a week of surfing, open water swimming, land training, pool swimming, hiking … and some well deserved REST!

While coaches Pete, Reece, and Lance put the girls through some tough training sessions at the local pool, there was lots of time to enjoy the beach and chill out.
